I'm sure most of you have already heard this, but I thought I'd post this for those of you who haven't. Ashlee Simpson is coming back to the music scene with her third album, titled "Bittersweet World" which will hit stores on April 22, 2008. The album features production from Chad Hugo and Timbaland, who produced the first single "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)" which is a new sound for Simpson. While the single has failed to impact the charts, it has a catchy beat and aggressive lyrics, which makes the song for a pleasant. Download the track below and leave a comment with your thoughts!
