Meet Brandon Hines, a talented R&B singer from Detroit Michigan who was recently featured on MTV's TRL as one of the hottest unsigned acts of 2008. Having already released his debut album "Love Music: Falling In...Falling Out" 2 years back, Hines is currently working on the follow up to his 2006 debut. Here is a new song titled "Cuttin U Off" which is featured on the singers MySpace. The song is a nice mid-tempo cut with a hot backing beat.
