Meet Akon's newest protégé Rock City, an R&B/reggae duo from the island of St. Thomas. They have been involved in the music industry for a while now, having help written for various artists, such as Usher, Nicole Scherzinger, and Busta Rhymes among others. The duo will be releasing their debut album "Wake The Neighbors" off Akon's Konvict Muzik label later this year. Here is the first single "Losin' It" from their debut album. The track is produced by Madd Scientist and features a Caribbean-inspired Rap and R&B sound. I'm definitely enjoying this duo's music and look forward to hearing more from their debut!
